Money that is earned vs. money that is taxed & money that is borrowed. Also monetary fluctuations... and the Federal Reserve ... insurance companies & loans.
- In terms of an election: the 2nd house indicates "Your Vote" & "The Future"; the 8th house refers to Endings & Research. Yhe ruler of the 8th is the Moon (the People) in the 7th House of Elections, Foreign Affairs, & Lawsuits.

- Grandiose Projects ... big dreams and bigger plans.
- Things appear "better than they actually are"; so unfounded optimism abounds.
- Business will be on the increase, as will spending. Gambling will be on the increase.
- All is magnified ... successes as well as failures.
- Liberal and reasonably fair-minded but still flamboyant individuals will tend to shine this year. Progressive agendas ... a good year for negotiations. Progressive plans without a proper foundation will fail in the long run.

- A possible "calm before the storm"? Rabbit years mean diplomacy,
International Affairs, and ... "L'Odeur de Politques" (POLITICS!)
- The rabbit is a more or less "liberal" animal. Not real strict on
laws, rules, & regulations. NOT GOOD for Securing or Enforcing
Borders or Stemming the Tide of Illegal Immigration.
- The Rabbit wants to be able to "take it easy". Of course, the Metal
Rabbit is made of "sterner stuff" as far as rabbits go. Metal Rabbits
are more like Sherlock Holmes than Dr. Watson.
- Metal Rabbit wants and knows the "higher end" of goods &
services and will be more discerning in general. He likes the Arts,
& Refinements that Culture has to offer. Romance, Culture, Art,
Music, Leisure time ... all are Metal Rabbit Pursuits.
- Metal Rabbit likes Privacy ... he likes to be alone with his
thoughts ... and he can occasionally ... take on walk on the dark side
... Artistic Types are prone to be a bit "brooding" .... a bit on the
"Heathcliff-Wuthering Heights" side of life.
- Lastly ... unless this rabbit feels "inspired" to do so; he is unlikely to take any action.

- "Fours" strive to be... and often are "celebrities". They take
offense very easily, reacting to the real or imagined "slight". They
can be social climbers . "Fours" tend to exude a subtle sensuality.
- Internally, they may see themselves as "Misfits"
... those that do not develop adequate social skills; may find they
are "on the outside looking in" ... their noses "pressed to the window"
watching others "sitting by the fireside".
- The Internet ... "Showbiz" ... Art ... all are "4" arenas ... so is "lobbying". They tend to have an urge for significance ... a desire to "make it big". Fours are generally NOT huge risk takers (unless other factors are present); but they can be "Expatriots" ... "The Romantic Maverick", The Bohemian. Their's may be "paper thin skin" .... but; it's "very special paper".
- Fours are reticent by nature, their "inner Diva" is usually kept under wraps... but it is always there. cool on the outside; "intense" on the inside. They are known to carry their grudges for a very long time.
- 4 is also a number of hard work & practicality. Without hard work and a practical outlook; it is hard to make "dreams come true".
