 Why This Particular USA Chart?
Because: This is the Chart of:
The United States of America Under the Constitution
(and it actually has a documented date & time!)
- On September 17, 1787 the Constitution was completed at the Federal Convention in Philadelphia. Benjamin Franklin was there and gave a speech. He said that although only "9" states were needed to ratify the constitution ... for it to be active and legal; still, it was important to achieve a consensus ... a "unity" among the states. So, the Constitution was submitted to the 13 States for their "Ratification" for consensus, agreement and Unity. Legally, only nine of the states were actually needed.
- On June 21st, 1788, New Hampshire had become the 9th state to ratify the Constitution thereby making it legal according to Article 13 of the Articles of Confederation.
Then, from New Hampshire word of the "official" ratification was sent to the Congress of the Confederation. According to the New Hampshire Historical Society Librarian; the notification to Congress was sent by mail to Philadelphia and took several days to arrive. The actual final vote for ratification took place in Concord at about 1:00 PM on June 21st.
- Finally that government... the "Congress of the Confederation" (under the Articles of Confederation) declared that as of March 4th, 1789;
the "Government under the Constitution" would automatically take effect and
The United States of America Under the Constitution would officially begin.
- Thus ... The United States of America under the Constitution has "by law": both an official "start date" and and official "start time", 12:00:01 AM on March 4th, 1789.

DEFINITIONS
The TransNeptunians Work ...
- Initially, don't worry about how and why they work, until you've seen that they DO in fact work.
- Then you can worry about the why & how.... which will take a much longer time to understand
(mathematics, etc.) SO: Why a Dial at All?
- Dials are a Tool for Reading the Internals of An Astrology Chart; all laid out for "at-a-glance" viewing. A sort of shorthand with Marginal Notes; if you know how to read it.
SO: Why a 90º Dial?
- The 90º Dial is based on the 4th Harmonic; and the 4th Harmonic is the one that indicates what is most likely to manifest in a visible way in the visible world.
SO: What's an Harmonic?
- Just a form of Shorthand... 360º divided by another number (usually based on a particular tension producing distance between 2 planets or points).
- Long mathematical equations used to take up several blackboards and go on for miles, even when using abbreviated formulas. Now computers do the work (most of the time).
Well, Harmonics are a sort of Software ...
for a Dial ... which is a sort of Hardware.
- So: Uranian Astrology is a sort of Computer Program that was ahead of its time and has yet to be equaled in terms of the results it can produce!

SO:

- Planets or Points in a Mutable Sign: Add 60º
Example: Using 12º 15'
- 12º 15' of: Aries-Cancer-Libra-Capricorn = 12º 15'

Firstly: WHAT SHOULD BE OBVIOUS ALREADY ...

Huh, Huh, Huh?Secondly: THE DOWNSIDE
- Unless you learn correctly and are very, very careful ... and you use a Dial Like the Kramer Star Dial ... exactitude is just a Fantasy;
and ...
- you do have to be EXACT to do Uranian and get it right.
Thirdly:THE UPSIDE
- Nothing beats Uranian for what it does. When combined with the other crucial techniques ... you really will get the BIG Picture and the ACCURATE Picture.
- Also, you can mark all kinds of things on the Dial and even make a Dial Board for each person and include permanent formulas or Arabic Parts, etc.
- Then you can just pick it up, put it on your lap and work with it instead of a Computer Screen you really can't mark up.
Fourthly:THE LITTLE KNOWN FACT:
- Unless you learn the info that only gets passed along VERBALLY ... from teacher to student ... (should they even feel like passing it along) ...
- You just CAN'T know all the things YOU DON'T KNOW! Those things would simply be out of your present realm of knowing. Everyone has that same problem about ... everything!

- Orbs do have have to be set correctly and the programs have to calculate accurately. (No, they don't all).
BUT .... with some such as the[2]
- Kramer Star Dial Computer Print-Out
[The Matrix computer print out & Matrix on-screen planetary lay-out is still being perfected through Matrix Software ...]
(its not yet perfected as of 09-19-2009)
BUT it IS calibrated. So you can print it out; put the Kramer Star-Dial right on it,
and; "twirl away".
- With the Kramer Dial you can have the Hard Copy Dial and the Computer Software; so it's the best of both worlds as they are calibrated to work together.

- The Dial used on this Page is the
Aureas Dial. A Program made in France.
- It is really an excellent program. Streamlined.
- Downside: It will not calculate the A+B-C and you may decide to stay away from the Ruth Brummund Version... its her take on things...but not everybody would agree. Still, she has her fans too.
But, there are many other programs out there to choose from.
You'll have to learn a bit before you figure out which ones are going to be the most useful to you.
