• "...The real truth of the matter is, as you and I know;  that a financial element in the larger centers has owned the Government ever since the days of Andrew Jackson (also thought to he assassinated).

• [3] ... President Harry Truman (#33) - (30 days after JFK was assassinated) wrote (paraphrased):

• .... "When I signed the 1947 National Securities Act & created the Dept. of Defense (was War Dept), the CIA, and others; I  (Truman) was told this would collect info so the President could make decisions.   I never O.K.'d  all the meddling they've been up to  all over the world".

1. Seems there are (or might be) a couple "warring factions" within the U.S. 
   
   • One characterized by the term "The Yankees" ( connected to: intelligence community, banking, finance & trading)...
   • the other by the term "The Cowboys" (connected to: self made billionaires & millionaires (car dealers, land owners or developers, mostly in west)
2. The Scuttlebutt of the 1960's,  had it that George Herbert Walker Bush (the elder) wanted to become  President of the United States.
   
   
   • In 1963 President John F. Kennedy (#35) was assassinated. (Note:  Nixon was a mentor/promoter for GHWB who has been quoted as saying he couldn't remember where he was when Kennedy was shot.  But then, he also made a strange phone call to say he was available to "help out" ... supposedly from Austin when he was seen in Dallas that day.)
   • In 1964 Bush began his political rise and became Head of the Republican Party headquartered in Houston.  Already,  head of Zapata Oil Drilling, he then  moved the company from Midland to Houston. 
   • In 1966, Bush's  next move was to become a Congressman & was elected to House of Representatives (representing Houston)  & though a first term congressman, he was appointed to the powerful "Ways & Means Committee". 
     
     
   • President Richard M. Nixon (#37) appoints GHWB as ambassador to the United Nations in 1971 after GHWB's failed attempts at getting elected to Senator ... after losing  to Lloyd Bentsen).  Nixon then persuades Bush to again head up the Republican National Committee in 1973 & it was GHWB that formally asked Nixon to Resign "for the good of the Republican Party";  which he did on August 09th, 1974.
     
     
     " THE LONE NUT"  re-surfaces &  "multiplies" ...
3. President Gerald Ford (#38), takes over from impeached President Richard Nixon (#37) -  appoints GHWB as liaison to China ... Bush spends the next 14 months in China.
   
   
   • October 1975:  Ford then gets shot at by 2 "supposedly totally unrelated ", "lone nut" women: 
     
     Right after that:  there is a shift in Ford's White House:  Rumsfeld, Cheney & George H.W. Bush are brought in to "run things" like: White House Chief of Staff (Cheney),  the Defense Department (Rumsfeld - he backs Rockefeller for VP over Bush) and the CIA (GHWB appointed head of CIA by Ford: 20 Jan 1976).
     
     
   • President Carter is next up at bat as #39.  He replaces Bush.  Carter was inaugurated on 20 Jan 1977 and Bush, out of a job ...  goes into Banking. 
     
     1978:  Bush became chairman on the Executive Committee of the First International Bank in Houston. Then, in 1978;  the first year it opened, Bush became a part-time professor of Administrative Science at Rice University's Jones School of Business ... BUT: 
     Between 1977 and 1979, he was a director of the Council on Foreign Relations.  Bush decides to run for President in the 1980 Election.
     
     
4. Ronald Reagan gets to be President (#40).  Bush also ran for President and had decided he was going to run for the 1980 Presidential Election.  Bush lost the nomination to Reagan ... BUT, though Reagan was against originally against it;  Reagan is "persuaded"  to accept Bush as a vice-president).  Bush at this point buys his grandfather's estate in Kennebunkport and leaves Houston.  The thinking was said to be that Reagan was a "cowboy" and Bush a "Yankee";  thus oil & water, so to speak.  But also by combining the two ... the votes would be consolidated.  
   
   Then;  (right out of the chute) Reagan is shot by John Hinckley  (30 March 1981)... who is  characterized as being, a "lone nut".  Reagan survives.
   
   Hinckley as it turns out;  is a very interesting "lone nut".  He is from a Midland, Texas Oil Family that just happens to be friends with the "Bushes".   In point of fact;   on the day of the shooting;  GWH Bush's son, Neil Bush,  was scheduled to have lunch with John Hinckley's brother.
   
   
5. Reagan goes on to be stay in office for 2 full terms of office.  Then, his vice-president, George Herbert Walker Bush is elected as President and Reagan's successor and was inaugurated on 20 Jan 1989.  Curiously ... there have been no more "presidential assassinations" or "lone-nut shooters" since Bush the Elder was elected as President.

6. During the Clinton Administration (#42) there were several "mysterious deaths". 
   
   (1) 20 July 1993: Vince Foster, Deputy White House Counsel, found dead in Fort Marcy Park off the George Washington Parkway in Virginia ... outside Washington, D.C.
   
   (2) 03 April 1996:  Ronald Harmon "Ron" Brown (August 1, 1941–April 3, 1996: Secretary of Commerce during Clinton's first term &  first African American to hold this position. He  & 34 others killed in Croatian 1996 plane crash. 
   
   
7. NOW A "COMBO OF THE TWO?" :    2011 has seen the very odd death of a prominent national defense consultant (John P. Wheeler III - age 66) was last seen alive in downtown Wilmington less than 24 hours before his body was found in a Newark landfill.  He left his office on 28 Dec 2010 & is believed to have been killed on Dec 30th or 31st at latest.   He was a former GW Bush official (worked for last 4 years of Bush administration)  but also worked for Ronald Reagan & George Herbert Walker Bush (bush the elder) His body was found in a Newark dumpster.   He had  connections to:  biological warfare, the Air Force, &  Cyber-warfare.
   
   
   • There is also the lobbyist wife found dead in her burning car ... half in and half out of her own garage while her husband & children were at home but "heard nothing".
   
   
   • Then, there is  re-surgence of the "lone-nut shooter".  The shooter (Jared Loughner) had a YouTube channel and the "target" (Christine Giffords)  had only 2 YouTube subscriptions ... one of which was to her "shooter"'s channel.
     
     
     • Loughner  worked on Giffords' campaign in 2007.  He was a liberal who like to read Marx, & listed President Obama as one of his favorite people.  He also believed in government mind control & conscious dreaming.  Giffords was for Border / immigration control, gun rights, & was against "Obamacare".

• Thousands of birds (about 5,000;  most of which were dead when they were found & were red-winged blackbirds & starlings)  fell from the sky just before midnight New Year's Eve, starting about 10:30 PM CST. 
  
  Something "spooked them" ... then "struck them" ... and liquified their internal organs ....  within a one-mile area of Beebe, Arkansas (Windwood Drive) about 40 miles northeast of Little Rock, the Arkansas.  These are birds that nest at night and are usually seen flying by the thousands over the area.

All major organs were normal.  The birds suffered from acute physical trauma leading to internal hemorrhage and death. There was no sign of any chronic or infectious disease," and no toxins were found in the air.
   
   
2. A COINCIDENCE?  In a seemingly separate incident, some 500 red-winged blackbirds, starlings and grackles were found dead in Labarre in  southern Louisiana .

• 100,000 Drum fish in Northwest Arkansas turned up dead. They were found along a 20-mile stretch between the Ozark Dam and Highway 109 Bridge in Franklin County.  A tug boat operator  found the fish out on the river bank of the river channel.  The number of the fish was unusual.  The Drum is a bottom feeder;  and not considered a game fish in Louisiana.  Many of the fish were still alive and visibly sick and dying.  Most were already dead.
  
  

• The extremely cold weather affecting the northern region has caused 9,200 cattle to die and it is likely the figure will increase, said a spokesperson from the Livestock Production Department.

• Residents slaughter  buffalo, which has recently died due to the extremely cold weather. So far, the cold weather has killed over 9,200 head of cattle from the northern and central regions
  

• Most of the cattle deaths are from mountainous provinces of Lao Cai, Cao Bang, Hoa Binh, Bac Giang and Tuyen Quang and central provinces of Quang Binh, Ha Tinh and Thua Thien-Hue. Cao Bang is one of the worst hit provinces with over 2,000 cattle dying.

• The new cold front that slammed into northern Vietnam yesterday has made mountainous areas extreme cold.  Luu Minh Hai, deputy director of the Lao Cai Province Hydro Meteorological Center said that on yesterday morning, temperatures in Sa Pa town dropped to -0.4 degree Celsius. This resulted in snow falling on the O Quy Ho mountain pass and along the Hoang Lien Son ranges.  Similarly, Y Ty Commune from the province’s Bat Xat District also experienced snowfall.
  
  
• This is the second time this year that ice and snow has affected the areas of Sa Pa and Y Ty.  Today, the cold front will move further into northern and central regions resulting in more cold weather.
