SECOND AUTOPSY RESULTS:
- Dr. Michael Baden has reported that Carradine's death seemed to be a straightforward asphyxiation "accidental death"; in that Carradine's hands were tied above his head and not behind his back:

- Dr. Baden also said; he wouldn't know for sure that a third party didn't have a hand in the "accident" unless he could get more information from the Thai Police.
- Dr. Baden ruled out suicide.... but has not ruled out that Carradine might have been killed by someone else.

- The Actor was found hanging in a closet, nude. He was found by a hotel maid at 10:00 AM Local time on Thursday morning, June 4th. He had been dead for not less than 12 hours.

- Questions: Being circulated in Thailand is a supposed photo of Carradine hanging in the "closet". It shows a rather seedy looking closet area containing a narrow bed.
- A man in a black wig & fishnets is hanging from a rather narrow curtain rod. A woman's red lingerie item is lying on what appears to be a narrow mattress on the narrow bed in the "closet".
- This photo does NOT look like any room that would be in a Luxury Hotel. It may be totally staged.
- INFO: Carradine had been drinking beer all day. In his room only one glass was found. Meaning not much; as anyone present could have removed anything when they left. Hotel surveillance cameras did not show anyone else going to Carradine's room.... BUT.... it is not yet mentioned where those cameras were aimed and what they would have seen or missed. Nor where they were placed.
Filmaker Robert Dunlap made a documentary about people who engage in deviant sexual practices. He tends to side with Carradine's family members. In an interview with ABC NEWS he said the following:
- "This doesn't look like a solo act at all",
- "In order to have an orgasm, his hands would have had to be free"
- "You don't dress just for yourself ... usually there is some sort of show and someone else is involved."
In Thailand, Carradine was currently being featured in 2 Films as:
- a martial arts teacher in a comedy with Rob Schneider called "Big Stan"
- and -
- as a perverted old Chinese Mob Don in "Crank: High Voltage" with Jason Stratham.

WHERE WAS HE FOUND AND HOW WAS HE FOUND?
- Carradine was found with his hands tied behind his back.
- A Yellow nylon rope was tied around his neck
- A Black rope was tied around his genitals
- Carradine was found at the:

- He had been at the Hotel since June 2nd ... He had left for Thailand on May 29th
- The hotel maid knocked on his door despite his "Do Not Disturb Sign". After repeated knocks and calls at the door; she opened the door and found Carradine in the closed "half naked".
QUESTIONS: If Carradine had locked the door from the inside; how did the maid open the door? If she could do so ... who else could have done so?
QUESTIONS: Carradine's appearance when found has been variously described as:
(1) Wearing a black wig and fishnet stockings.
(2) Totally naked.
(3) In a sitting position
(4) "Hanging"
INFO: According to his "regular Sales-Lady"; Carradine had bought "whatever wasn't nailed down" from a sex shop in L.A. and was a regular customer. He had made a huge purchase before going to Thailand although some items had to placed on order. He was inclined toward the S&M . Transvestite role playing can also be a part of auto-erotic stimulation.
One of his ex-wives, Marina Anderson (wife #4) recounted that Carradine had also admitted to a long term incestuous relationship with one of his siblings... a contributing factor to one of his divorces and listed in court papers. His kinky sex predilictions were said to be common knowledge among those who knew him. He had practiced auto-erotic asphyxiation often and for years and was quite practiced at it. His wife would find him asleep... lying next to the fireplace in the morning, with his hands tied in front of him.

- Caradine says everything he has tried to do in his life was especially hard for him and that he has made it big as an actor despite being "terminally shy".

| Reports
- Reports say Carradine's hands were raised over his head and the rope was tied to A clothes bar in a closet... with Carradine's feet on the floor and his legs bent at the knees. If engaged in auto-erotic asphyxiation, he should have been able to stand up (releasing the tension caused by his being in a sitting position) and untie his hands with his teeth.
The initial pressure around his neck would have been achieved when he would have "dropped himself into the sitting position"
Then, he either had a heart attack, couldn't stand up, or the tension around his neck went on too long, or; the ropes were tied improperly for whatever reason by whomever.
- Also reported is a footprint found on Carradine's bed that may or may not be his. Also being reported is the presence of a black wig and fishnet stockings.
- The family believes it is foul play and there is even a "legend" being floated that Carradine was really (or also) in Thailand to investigate the "martial arts mafia underground".

- Just 3 weeks prior to his trip, he ordered or bought: women's lingerie, stockings, bondage DVD's, bondage equipment. According to his 3rd wife; he just plain liked to be tied up.

- In auto-erotica often a cloth or some sort of buffer is put between the neck & skin to avoid marks. There was no such "buffer" visible. There were red marks on the neck/right shoulder area. No signs of apparent struggle according to police. The nurse at the hospital said they listed his death as due to suffocation.
- A magazine or video or some material of a sexual nature to elicit arousal. None appears to be present in the death scene photo.
- A stool or chair or something that allows for a release of pressure... none in photo.
- The hands were tied above the head and possible tied to the curtain rod. How did exactly they get there?
- Who is the beneficiary of any insurance policy? Insurance policys will pay for accidental death, but not suicide.
The 2nd Autopsy is Pending.

- Carradine was in Thailand to work on the Movie "Stretch" and usually; he tended to join the film crew for dinner.
- When he didn't show up the evening of June 3rd; and efforts to reach him failed ... it was assumed he needed to rest due to his age, he changed his mind;
... Or ...
was his mind changed for him?
