ELECTION DAY

• Note: I do not use the "usual" July 4th USA chart as my own research has given me a different chart for the U.S.

• The Constitution was completed in on September 17, 1787

• The Constitution was ratified on June 21, 1788

• Our present form of Government...under the Constitution...began by order of the Congress of the Confederation on March 4, 1789...its Preamble stating:

• "We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defence, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America"

So, this, (see Chart below) is the Chart of the United States of America as officially governed by its Constitution. If the United States is in fact defined by its Constitution; then, the time when the Congress under the Confederation , turned it over to We, the People under the Constitution ...would signify the "Governing" birth chart of these present United States.

The Location for the Chart is FEDERAL HALL. It is here that the first Congress under the Constitution met for the first time on March 4, 1789, in New York, to establish the United States Government.

However....Congress couldn't officially do business until they achieved a "Quorum"...under the Constitution submitted by the Federal Convention in Philadelphia on September 18, 1787.

That "Quorum" was not achieved until Monday, April 6, 1788, when Richard Henry Lee of Virginia, took his seat.
