Also: it is odd, but both Nancy Pelosi and Barack Obama himself, referred to Joe Biden as "the next President of the United States".
Pelosi did so on a television interview;
Barack did so in Springfield, Illinois as he introduced Biden, not as the vice-presidential running mate; but as the Next President. Obama corrected himself ... but that is twice in the same day and regarding the same event.
Overlapping parallel-world time loops? Go Figure !?!

- (Interestingly the Kenyan Charts have the Presidential Indicator. None of the other charts do.)
- IF the time of birth is not exact, then the wider orb can go either way...closer to the Presidency or, further away. In order to be effective, an indicator has to be close enough to "work".
- With this CORRECT time of birth....Barack does NOT have the "Presidential Signature", but; he IS Destined to leave his Mark on the World.
As an Astrologer, I would have to say that strictly from the Astrological point of view; it would appear that McCain has the edge.
BUT
Now that we have a correct time of birth for Obama ...( but do we? There is the possibility that Obama was actually born in Kenya & if true ... making him ineligible to run for President .. *see "Obama Central" for details) until we know for sure McCain's time of birth from a birth certificate or other written record; we won't know if McCain has the Presidential Signature either .
His chart currently being used DOES. But, we will have to wait and see!
What if neither one of them does?
Who might step in? We might want to watch very carefully who they each choose for a Vice-Presidential running mate!
