Dugway Proving Grounds was on lockdown after some sort of National Security issue prompted a complete lock down. No word as to what the security concern may be has been released.
Dugway Proving Grounds is a bio weapons lab and possibly home to secret aerial projects.

A Russian Space Forces (VKS) report circulating in the Kremlin today says that one of their Kosmos-2469 satellites currently in orbit over North America has detected a gamma ray burst of “unprecedented proportions” emanating from the United States Army’s main weapons base; Dugway Proving Ground located in their State of Utah.
According to this report, since the formation of what is described as a “magnetic vortex” began appearing in the Gulf of Aden (a growing number of gamma ray bursts emanating from beneath our Earth and its seas, and directed towards the Sirius star system have been detected and have given rise to the belief of many Russian scientists that they belong to an ancient “early warning system” of some type).
Also, according to this report, the US Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) issued an unprecedented warning to all pilots flying over this area [see map] that between the dates of January 20 and February 22 their Department of Defense (DOD) would be “conducting tests” leaving the Global Positioning System (GPS) “unreliable or unavailable” while this “recovery” operation was underway.
The Russian VKS further states in their report; that this particular DOD operation had as its purpose ... the
removal of the capstone from a “pyramid shaped structure” discovered off the coast of
Florida. A “capstone” believed to be one of the sources of the
mysterious gamma ray bursts. They were then to take the capstone for further testing to the US Army’s Dugway
Proving Ground located about 149 km (85 miles) southwest of Salt Lake
City, Utah.
Once this mysterious “capstone”
was secured at Dugway Proving Ground yesterday (Jan 26th), the Kosmos-2469 detected a massive series of
gamma ray bursts emanating from that location and news reports from the
United States stated that theDugway Base Commander (Colonel William E. King)
locked down Dugway's entire facility ... stating that they were trying to resolve a
“serious concern.” Were tests being conducted at the base; or was the Capstone "phoning home"?
NOTE: first it was swamp gas, then it was weather balloons & crash dummies; now, they can't find where they put the VX nerve gas .... sure ...
CONJECTURE ABOUNDS: One of the largest of these gamma ray bursts was detected coming from the seas off the Florida coast in an area long believed to have once been a part of the Lost Continent of Atlantis described by the classical Greek philosopher and mathematician Plato (428-347BC) as being a naval power lying “in front of the Pillars of Hercules” that conquered many parts of Western Europe and Africa 9,000 years before the time of Solon, or approximately 9600 BC.

The stars are not spinning around it like they should ... and another very curious thing... this anomaly has a atmosphere ... so it's really a planet; as part of that atmosphere is in front of it ...and all descriptions of black hole theory state that: no light escapes from the black hole ...
So why is there light seen in front of THIS supposed black hole? Because whatever it is; it is NOT a black hole - its a planet ... yes, a planet. Don't listen to the NASA cover up. Its the real reason governments are building hundreds of dumps for the rich using taxpayers' money; because i think its going to be close - but we will survive.
The atmosphere to what could be Nibiru, looks damaged and all references (about its condition) state there is/was damage to its atmosphere. According to Sitchin's interpretation of Sumerian texts; that's why the inhabitants of this "planet" need Earth's gold.

Answer: when I first downloaded it had different name as in it was the black hole once they get found nasa has always changed the name or where it was? taken from I went public with information re a mars aerial photo of clouds on mars that they acknowledged at first but when I found patterns in it which when enlarged turned out to be st lights the image was moved and they tried to pass it off as sepia yet it contained the whole rainbow of colour in use to it. The star -- nicknamed Nemesis by NASA scientists -- would be invisible as it only emits infrared light and is incredibly distant. the US. was recovered from China's Tarim Basin, in Xinjiang province. The implications are that the area was actually settled by Caucasians and not the Chinese. Given the DNA results of a blonde Caucasian woman with Chinese DNA ... well, that is definitely an "Anomaly".

These images were taken before Google covered over the Titov Crater Square (on the dark side of Moon) I use an Olympus camera (7.1 pixels) and it's amazing how the poor image supplied by NASA is seen through using the gray scale .... it compensates and increases the resolution to the underlying gray scale. Thats how I found the houses. Before doing this I could only see lights; but this camera is brilliant as it will intensify lights to twice brightness. In fact, I had to lower the intensity and boy what detail. Still, NASA covers this up. If you can do this... try this; its out there.
This video contains no audio, its only a test and teaser I strongly recommend that you subscribe (to his channel) in this alone there are lights and buildings found on moon... in Google Earth. But it has been covered up . After I went public about my discovery; within a day it was no longer the Titov Crater... it has now been changed, but; if you had already viewed the Titov Crater but have not emptied your cache...then, your computer information is very valuable as you would have some of the remaining images of Life on Mars.

Earthquake Anomaly On January 1st 2006
Several minutes into the year 2006, a worldwide tectonic event occurred that defies what is understood as normal earthquake activity.
Sixty-one stations reported seismograms on January first at the USGS real time seismic data website. Of these, fifty-six seismogram displays showed a rapid, single bipolar signal between 00:10:11 and 00:21:00 hours.
Three seismograms are shown in this image. They are:
CASY (Casey, Antarctica,)
LSZ (Lusaka, Zambia,)
PMG (Port Moresby, New Guinea.)
The most commonly observed event, being a small, sharp bipolar pulse, is shown in fig. 1. A more disturbed signal is shown in fig. 2. In fig. 3, the most dynamic of the seismograms, the signal moves completely off scale at the onset of the event.
What is so unusual about these three events is that they are all essentially synchronous.
In the three days following the anomalous event, several significant earthquakes occurred, including:

Earthquakes produce what are call body waves, which travel through the interior of the Earth. These consist of two types, P (primary) waves and S (secondary) waves.
In water, P waves travel at 1.45 km/s (3,243 MPH). In sediments, P waves travel up to 5 km/s (11184.68 mph). In granite layers, P waves travel between 5.5-6.4 km/s (12303- 14316 MPH.) S waves travel at about 58% of that of P waves for a given material.
The earth's circumference around the poles is 24860 miles. At the equator, the circumference is slightly larger. Some minor math will tell the reader how long a near surface P wave takes to travel from its source to the antipode point on the other side of the earth via the poles.
The diameter of the earth at the equator is 7,926.41 miles, and 7,901 miles through the poles. The P wave of a significant earthquake radiating downward would take less time than a surface wave to arrive at its antipode point on the other side of the Earth. Thus you can easily understand the scale of things and calculate the approximate time it takes for the P wave of an earthquake to arrive at a distant location.

Note that at 00:14:30 the event was simultaneous at Yakutsk, Russia - Black Hills, South Dakota - Mudanjiang, China - Kevo, Finland - Albuquerque, New Mexico. At 0015:50 the event was also simultaneous at Lusaka, Zambia - Riachuelo, Brazil – Matsushiro, Japan - Garni, Armenia. No ordinary earthquake does this.
With a variance of eleven minutes total, the events are far too close in their time of occurrence to be from a near surface source. In order to achieve the arrival times shown in the list above, an event would have to take place deep in the Earth’s mantle, or more likely in the outer or inner core, an area not known for seismic events.
The problem with this concept is that the mantle is believed to be mainly molten lava on which the outer crust is floating. The core is thought to be mostly iron, with the outer core being liquid and the inner being solid. Thus there could be no “earthquake” in these regions unless some massive external magnetic force was applied that could momentarily disturb the position and movement of the liquid iron in the outer core. That might do the trick.
Many of those who are aware of the HAARP network have the concept that this device is an “atmospheric heater” as described by various information and disinformation sources. Some may have the notion that scalar weaponry such as HAARP works by radiating upwards just as in radio communications. This may certainly be true in the case of weather manipulation or mind control, but the antenna devices used by HAARP can radiate in many directions - down included.
Regardless of the source, on the first of January a scalar tectonic weapon left a record for all to view. Of even more ominous portent is the possibility that the devices that caused this event are located in space.

Giant Whirlpools Appear In Atlantic Ocean: Link to Changes in Earth's Magnetic Field?
U.S. scientists discovered two giant whirlpools in the Atlantic Ocean off the coast of Guyana and Suriname April 13, 2011 – SAO PAULO
Such a discovery is rather sensational because this part of the ocean has been studied thoroughly, and no one expected anything like that to appear in the area. Nor can anyone been able to explain where the whirlpools came from much less what they might be indicating.
According to Brazilian scientist Guilherme Castellane, the two funnels are approximately 400 kilometers in diameter. Until now, these 2 Whirlpools were not known on Earth. The funnels reportedly are exerting a strong influence on climate changes that have been registered during the recent years.
“Funnels rotate clockwise. They are moving in the ocean like giant frisbees, two discs thrown into the air. Rotation occurs at a rate of one meter per second, much faster than the speed of ocean currents. During the dry months, when the movement of oceanic currents and the flow of the Amazon River practically comes to a standstill, the funnels do not disappear. Therefore, the nature of the funnels does not depend on the flow of water, which the Amazon River brings into the ocean.
The natural phenomenon, which creates these new whirlpools, is unknown to modern science...although the phenomenon of giant whirlpools in the World Ocean is not new to science. In most cases, the craters, or rings, as scientists call them, are formed as a result of so-called vertical currents. Vertical Currents are formed due to differences in water density which appear as a result of differences in temperatures of water layers. Cold water is thicker and heavier, so it goes down, underneath the masses of warm water, which is lighter. This is the reason why warm currents in the World Ocean always flow closer to the surface, whereas colder currents flow closer to the bottom.
However, such movement of water may not always depend on the difference of temperatures of the water column. The difference in salinity can also be a reason although the mechanism remains the same. The density of saltier water is higher, this water is heavier and it moves closer to the bottom, pushing less saltier water up.
This type of vertical fusion occurs frequently in the tropics because high temperatures lead to the evaporation of water from the surface. The salt does not evaporate with water, though. It stays in the ocean, which raises the level of salinity on the upper layer of water. This layer “drowns” and gives way to less saltier waters of the depth. Such vertical movements of water can in fact create giant whirlpools, tens and even hundreds of kilometers in diameter & lasting for months and even years. But; the vertical movement of the waters is a slow process, even so:
Whirlpools exist for such a long time due in part to the effect of Earth’s magnetic field.

Any dipole starts spinning when moving in the magnetic field. An oceanic ring gathers millions of billions of molecules together. That is why the giant circle movement triggered by the vertical movement of water may last for months and years mechanically. Ions also give more power to the craters. The Natrium and Chlorum are charged as well, so their movement in the magnetic field of the Earth also leads to the appearance of the circle movement.
